BBQ Chicken Legs - Smoked!

Pregame Plan: Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees F. I’m smoking these with apple wood today You can use any wood you would like. Here are some other options.

Step 1: Apply dry rub of your choice to the chicken legs. In the video above, I’m using Red Beard Seasonings’ Chicken Rub. Check it out on the website

Step 2: Cook for about 1 hour, indirect heat.

Step 3: Once you reach an internal temperature of almost 165 degrees F, apply your favorite BBQ sauce to the chicken legs and cook for 10 minutes. Then apply again and cook for 10 more minutes.

Step 4: Once you have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, they’re all done!

Step 5: Chow down!
