Smoked Cajun Shrimp & Kielbasa

Pregame Plan: Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F. I will be smoking this with some hickory today. Also, melt two sticks of butter in a sauce pan.

Step 1: Take a 9x16 baking pan and put 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced, and 1 pound of deveined, tail-off shrimp in the pan.

Step 2: Mix up the Cajun seasoning - 2 tablespoons of old bay seasoning, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the kielbasa and shrimp. You can add sliced bell peppers as well if you'd like.

Step 3: Mix 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce in with the 2 sticks of melted butter. Pour over the ingredients in the pan. Then mix everything in the pan together.

Step 4: Put in the smoker for approximately 1 hour - If using raw shrimp, the important thing is obviously to make sure it is cooked thoroughly. The Kielbasa I used is precooked, but the shrimp was raw - after 1 hour at 250 degrees F it was cooked perfectly.

Step 5: Let cool for a couple minutes, serve and enjoy!
